Buterin suggests layer 2 scalability networks may destabilize Ethereum’s financial stability, proposing developers focus on increasing ETH value within the layer 2 ecosystem. Buterin advocates for layer 2 networks to increase asset value by burning fees or redistributing income to the community. He stresses the need for standardizing blockchain interactions and enhancing security measures to prevent censorship in private layer 2 networks.
