The federal court in the US postponed the trial session of Do Kwon, co-founder of Terraform Labs, because of the large volume of new documents presented by prosecutors. The hearing scheduled for March 10 in the Southern District of New York has now been rescheduled to April 10. This decision came after prosecutors emphasized the defense team’s need for more time to review and analyze 4 terabytes of new evidence. Earlier on February 27, US authorities had provided Kwon’s legal team with 600 gigabytes of documents, including mobile phone data, electronic communications, and records of digital currency transactions. Despite the delay in the trial session, the original trial date with a jury present is still set for January 26, 2026.
