This price decline coincided with a 40% decrease in Total Value Locked (TVL) on the Solana network, indicating capital outflow from its ecosystem. According to DeFiLlama data, Raydium protocol recorded the highest drop with a 53% decrease. This decline led to a reduction in on-chain transaction volume on Solana from $97 billion in the second week of January to $11 billion in the recent week.
