Bitcoin Exchange-Traded Funds (ETFs) experienced their weakest performance in the last three months with a capital outflow of $862.69 million during Christmas week. Fidelity’s FBTC fund faced the highest losses with a $208 million outflow on Friday, followed by BlackRock’s IBIT with a net outflow of $188.7 million. Despite this negative performance, Matthew Bartolini from State Street Global stated that the ETF industry is having its best year. According to Farside Invest data, Bitcoin ETFs attracted a net capital of $35.65 billion in 2024, surpassing expectations.
