This token will be added to Shiba Inu’s current ecosystem, which includes Shiba, Bone, and Leash. TREAT will play a key role in network reward mechanisms and governance. The news was first announced through the official Twitter account of TREAT. Shytoshi Kusama, the senior developer at Shiba Inu, also confirmed this news. According to the official website, TREAT is designed to activate advanced network operating system features and serves as an access token that integrates rewards, governance, security, and spending in a framework. Notable features of TREAT include a new profit farming mechanism and its role in network governance. TREAT also supports real-world applications through the SHIB Pay payment system.
