In the past 24 hours, over $3 billion worth of Ripple (XRP) has been traded, marking a significant increase in trading volume. Despite facing intense pressure last week, Ripple managed to return to an upward trend. The price of this cryptocurrency dropped to $1.94 in Friday’s trading session but rebounded today with a 2.63% growth to reach $2.06. It’s worth mentioning that Ripple transferred around 200 million XRP worth approximately $402.7 million to an unidentified wallet on Friday. Glassnode analytical platform reported that during the price surge in February, the realized value of the Ripple market nearly doubled from $30.1 billion to $64.2 billion. About $30 billion of this capital entered the market from new investors, indicating active participation from retail investors. However, the decrease in capital inflow after February suggests a weakened investment trend.
