Meanwhile, the President recently granted exclusive powers to the Central Bank regarding digital currencies. Previously, the Central Bank had conditioned the continuation of digital currency businesses on full access to user information. Furthermore, lifting restrictions in this area is subject to compliance with all requirements set by this institution.
