Kyle Song, a Google Web3 expert, announced at the Bitcoin Tech Carnival conference in Hong Kong that Google is collaborating with Bitcoin developers to simplify Web2 users’ access to digital assets. Google aims to make using Bitcoin wallets as easy as traditional payment systems, allowing users to link their Google accounts to Bitcoin wallets. The company has been involved in digital currencies since 2018, integrating blockchain tools into Google Cloud and partnering with Coinbase for digital currency payments.
