Google unveiled its experimental new artificial intelligence model, Gemini 2.5, ranking second in AI-based web development tools. Described as a thinking-centric model, it excels in reasoning before responding and performs better in coding, science, and mathematics tasks. According to data from LMArena platform, Gemini 2.5 secured first place in reasoning, knowledge, science, and mathematics. In web development competition, it scored 1267.70 points, placing after Anthropic’s Claude 3.7 Sonnet. Despite recent advancements, ChatGPT still leads the AI tools market with 40% market share and over 40 billion annual visits. In February, DeepSeek tools saw a 195% growth with 792 million monthly visits, climbing to third place in the market.
