The complainant’s lawyers demand an inquiry into Milei’s interference as he has shared project-related information on his social media accounts. The complaint also points out the failure to register one of these companies with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. Milei has recently denied his involvement and likened investing in Libra to gambling. The Argentine government is also facing intense political pressure due to the promotion of Libra as a financial tool for entrepreneurs.
