On Wednesday, hackers attacked the launch platform of Meme Coin Four.Meme on the BNB network, leading to the suspension of its token liquidity pool on PancakeSwap. The attack exploited a vulnerability in the platform’s smart contract. The attacker purchased a small amount of tokens before the official launch and sent them to an address paired with PancakeSwap that had not yet been created, bypassing transfer restrictions and manipulating the liquidity pool pricing. This is the second attack on Four.Meme in the past two months. The attacker transferred over $174,000 through multiple wallets. Four.Meme halted its launch operations and announced compensation for affected users.
