The complaint references Trump’s social media posts allegedly published after he began promoting this token. Additionally, 80% of this token is owned by a company affiliated with the Trump organization. Critics argue that this action could constitute receiving gifts from the president, potentially violating federal laws and provisions of the US Constitution, including the Emoluments Clause.
