Arthur Hayes, co-founder of the digital currency financial services and exchange company BitMEX, has forecasted that the price of Bitcoin will skyrocket to an unprecedented astronomical peak in this market cycle. Hayes stated that Bitcoin could reach one million dollars within approximately a year. He attributed this price surge to the massive expansion of monetary supply by governments. He believes the world is transitioning to a new financial system, and elites resisting this change will print more money. Hayes estimates that the current uptrend may continue until 2026 or 2027. He also noted that despite recent drops in the prices of some altcoins, the total market value of digital currencies has increased compared to the past 12 to 18 months, indicating a sustained upward trend.
