Javier Milei, the president of Argentina, met Elon Musk, the head of the Department of Efficiency in Government (DOGE), during his trip to the United States to attend the Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC). In this visit, Milei also had a meeting with Donald Trump, the former president of the United States. Milei gifted Musk an electric saw symbolizing libertarian actions in governments of both Argentina and the US. Musk, upon receiving the saw, made a gesture with it in front of the audience, calling it the bureaucratic electric saw. This meeting took place as Milei recently got involved in promoting the Libra project token, which led to a major market fraud, resulting in severe criticism and calls for his impeachment by Argentine parliament members.
