According to Arkham Intelligence, a blockchain analysis company, an anonymous digital currency user has been staking a small amount of Solana tokens for over 3000 years. This individual staked 0.05 dollars worth of Solana in 2023, which will be withdrawable in 5138. Vincent Liu, a senior investment manager at Kronos Research, sees this as a long-term trust in the Solana ecosystem and believes such thinking could create significant legacies over time. Some view this as a generational wealth creation effort, while others consider it a joke. Staking rewards in Solana are paid out every two or three days, potentially increasing this amount further. At present, Solana is trading at $97, with over an 18% drop in the past 24 hours. Despite this, Bitwise asset management company predicts the token could be worth between $2300 to over $6000 by 2030.
