According to new data from the prediction market Polymarket, there is a 78% chance that the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) will approve an Exchange-Traded Fund (ETF) for XRP in 2025. Companies like 21shares, Grayscale, Bitwise, Canary Capital, and Wisdomtree have submitted requests to register XRP ETFs. Bloomberg analysts, Eric Balchunas and James Seyffart, have determined a 65% chance for the approval of the Ripple ETF. They have assigned higher probabilities for approving Litecoin (90%), Solana (70%), and Dogecoin (75%) ETFs. Polymarket predicts an 82% approval chance for Solana ETF and 84% for Litecoin. These predictions reflect market optimism in a regulatory environment evolving under the Trump administration and could herald a promising future for digital currencies.
